As we watch the Lulwanda children grow into teens and young adults, we are looking ahead and seeking God’s will for educating the children and teenagers in our care. As you can imagine, Secondary Education (High School), Trade School, and University degrees, or even attending Covenant Bible Institute of Theology to become pastors, set our students up with important knowledge, skill sets and specialized study for them to compete in the Ugandan market-place and ultimately become financially independent.
In the next five years, 90 Lulwanda teenagers will be attending one of the above education paths. The average estimated cost for completing higher education is roughly $4,000 per student, with a total cost for GICF of $360,000 or $72,000 annually. Therefore, as we celebrate their current successes while looking ahead we are announcing the “Educate For THEIR Future” campaign.
The Educate for THEIR Future campaign is above and beyond your generous sponsorship donations that keep the daily operations flowing. Please consider increasing your monthly giving, or if possible, giving a larger one-time gift of $4,000 to support a student in the completion of their education.
Would you prayerfully consider joining us in “Educate For THEIR Future” at Lulwanda Children’s Home?
